Charlie – Legal Executive

Charlie emigrated from South Africa in 2015 after 25 years of working within the legal profession, predominantly conveyancing.  Upon arriving in New Zealand, Charlie again joined the legal environment and 4 years later obtained her Diploma in Legal Executive Studies.

Charlie recently joined as a full-time member of the team at Taylor & Co Lawyers, and is very keen and excited to be furthering her career as a Legal Executive.

Since moving to New Zealand, Charlie has lived on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula and loves being able to see the ocean all the way around her and the fact that it feels like home. “It reminds me very much of Amanzimtoti, a coastal strip along the south eastern shore of South Africa – where we lived for 18 years before moving to NZ”.  The word “Amanzimtoti” is Zulu and means “sweetwaters”.

Charlie enjoys spending time with her family, sight seeing, camping, fishing and playing golf.  When at home, she enjoys arts & crafts, reading, building her Lego and also just relaxing.
